And like I mention in other videos, it’s about giving the brain the kinds of stimulation it needs to grow and protect itself, about finding ways to trigger those essential happy hormones, and triggering the neuroplasticity of the brain, also known as brain plasticity, and encouraging it to grow and grow stronger.
